What makes Samera different is that we have also built and operated dental practices ourselves. The Mehra family founded The Neem Tree Dental Group, so our advice is shaped by first-hand experience of starting, running, growing and selling dental practices, not just advising from the outside.
Samera was founded in 2002 by Arun Mehra FCA, a chartered accountant with a background in banking and finance, and Dr Smita Mehra BDS, a practising dentist.
In 2004, Smita opened The Neem Tree Dental Practice in Wandsworth. The group later expanded across London and Surrey and today operates practices in Wandsworth and Esher.
That first-hand experience of starting, running, growing and selling dental practices has shaped Samera's advice ever since. The team has dealt with many of the same issues its clients face, from cash flow and hiring associates to supplier costs, practice finance, compliance and expansion.
