Smita Mehra
Smita, alongside Arun, is the co-founder and clinical director at Samera. She is also the principal dentist at The Neem Tree Dental Group. Smita regularly hosts online and live events designed to teach other dentists how to be better businesspeople.
Natasha Gnanapragasam
Natasha joined Samera in 2021 and brings extensive experience in accounting and taxation. She works closely with business owners, particularly in the dental and healthcare sectors, helping them optimise tax efficiency and improve financial performance through streamlined processes and effective financial strategies. Alongside her technical expertise, Natasha has a strong focus on technology-driven solutions, system improvements, and process automation. She actively supports clients in adopting efficient digital tools and practices, ensuring smoother workflows, compliance, and scalability. Her approach is practical and client-focused, combining financial insight with business development strategies to drive sustainable growth. Natasha is dedicated to providing actionable advice that enables clients to make informed decisions, strengthen their operations, and achieve long-term business success.

Chris O’Shea
Chris joined the Samera Group in 2018 from the British Society of Gastroenterology where he managed their communications. He started as the social media manager and quickly expanded his role to oversee all digital marketing efforts. Now the Head of Marketing, Chris specializes in SEO, brand awareness, and lead generation, helping dentists, accountants, and other healthcare professionals grow their businesses.

Juliette Davis
Juliette started working in the medical sector as a GP secretary in 1993, then moving into the Hospital sector as a secretary in a Breast Cancer unit and then working for a medical supply company with a short break overseas working as a volunteer at the NYDP. She joined Samera in 2015 as EA to Arun Mehra CEO and Smita Mehra. In her spare time she is in training for either a running event or Hyrox.

Teddie
Teddie is our resident loving puppy at Samera. Teddie is a Cavapoo ( A cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle).
When she is not running across the Surrey Hills, she is often visiting our offices where you may be lucky to meet her and play with her. The whole team love her!
Please note, if you do meet her, she loves cuddles, chicken treats and anything she can get her teeth into!
