Owner, Not Operator is this Wednesday, 14 October, and we still have a small number of seats left.
If you've read my last few emails and thought "that's me", this is your nudge. If you've been meaning to book and kept forgetting between patients, this is your very polite shove.
Here's how the evening runs:
6:00pm Arrive, grab a drink and something to nibble
6:30pm Smita and I walk through the associate led model and the gaps most owners have
7:30pm Ask us anything
8:00pm Networking and drinks with other owners
Timings may shift a little on the night.
Who it's for: practice owners and principals, whether you run one site and want to step back clinically or you're building towards a group.
Who it's not for: associates, suppliers, or anyone hoping to hand out business cards between the canapés. It's a room of owners talking honestly, and we'd like to keep it that way.
The practical bits: £75 per person, drinks and nibbles included, Central London. You'll get the exact venue once you've booked.
Three hours on a Wednesday evening is a small price for a practice that doesn't collapse the moment you take a week off.
