Lite is £75 a month. The full platform is £375 a month per location, or £175 if you are already a Samera accounting client, because we already hold your Xero file and your history, so onboarding costs us far less to deliver. Samera Complete Group adds accounting on top, quoted to your group directly rather than published as one figure, because it flexes with your transaction volume. Standalone onboarding is a one off £995, and it is waived entirely for existing accounting clients. All figures are exclusive of VAT.

Now, who should not buy it. If you have been trading under a year, the software reads patterns in your history, and you simply do not have enough history yet for it to earn its fee. If you want a dashboard and nothing more, this is not that, and I would rather tell you now than have you find out later. If you are not on a system we currently support, it will not work properly, and we would rather say so upfront.

There is no free trial, and I want to give you the honest reason rather than a marketing one. It does nothing until it is connected and configured to your practice, and that is real work from our team on your behalf before you see any value at all. A trial would cost us roughly what onboarding you properly costs, so we would rather do the real thing.

One more thing, briefly. Most companies will not publish any of what I have just told you. I am not going to labour that point. The fact that we did is the argument.
